Controls (UL LISTED)
Kusters Water offers a full line of custom built control panels. Our in-house UL listed panel shop can custom design panels for any application. PLC based panels with touch screen user interface are commonly utilized on our equipment to minimize operator attention and allow for flexibility within the control logic. Control Panels can be built to conform to all NEMA ratings. Most common designs include NEMA 4, 4X, and 7.

Field Erection & Installation
Kusters Water offers field installation and erection services for most of our products. We perform on both union and non-union project sites. Additionally, we regularly engage in design-build contracts with many of our clients, allowing for total treatment solutions.
Compactec is a washer/compactor that conveys, cleans, dewaters, and compresses debris. The shaftless screw conveys screened debris, while Kusters Water offers a complete line of custom skimmers for use in water and wastewater applications. Typical applications include: Rectangular and circular clarifier basins, chlorine contact tank, oxidation ditches, Dissolved Air Flotation tanks, etc. Scum pipe materials of construction can be manufactured in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel. The scum pipes can be fitted with a fully automated actuator and controls system, or installation with a manual lever arm. When required, the equipment can be designed to operate in hazardous environments, meeting Class I and II, Groups A thru D and Division 1 and 2.
